Outdoor Morning Yoga w/ Anita
An outdoor yoga practice appropriate for all levels of experience. The practice will include both standing and seated postures that will help to build strength, increase balance and flexibility and encourage relaxation. Modifications will be offered so that everyone can enjoy this practice.
