*Hydrate with 2-3 8oz. glasses of water 2 hours prior to class start.
*Eat protein 1 hour prior to class start, ideas: handful nuts,1 tbs. peanut butter and 1
banana, 1 tbs. peanut butter on a slice of bread, 1 hard boiled egg.
*Prepare for a warmer than normal room.
*Bring plenty of water and a sweat towel.
