All classes in the Studio have been put on hold due to the Covid-19 Virus.  We want to keep all of you safe and follow the recommendations of the CDC and the WHO so that we can slow the spread of the virus.  

Starting June 1, we will be holding the following classes

6:00 pm Vinyasa Flow w/ Laura

7:15 pm Restorative Yoga w/ Rachel

To sign up, please e-mail Laura at info@granbyyoga.com or text at 860-466-0192.  Let us know what class you want to sign up for (you can use your class card or pay a $10 drop in fee).  You will be sent an invitation via text or e-mail, and all you have to do is accept it and sign on at the time of the class!

It's been one year attending Granby Yoga and it's changed my life - physically and emotionally. The studio, the instructors are amazing...they really care about each persons personal abilities and often work with props for those with injuries....I highly recommend Granby Yoga for beginners to long-time yogi enthusiasts.
